We’ve all seen it unless you’ve been living under a stone. AI (Artificial Intelligence) is everywhere, and most platforms and apps are marketing the fact that their platform is “AI-powered” or similar. It appears that the latest emerging AI technology will transform the way we work in ways we are still yet to comprehend.

Over the last year or so, the chat around AI has increased in volume and is focused mostly on generative AI using LLMs (Large Language Models) like ChatGPT and Bing. In fact, AI, in the form of algorithms, is not new. We’re already used to “AI-power” in various aspects of our everyday lives, such as recommendations from Netflix or Amazon and customer service chatbots.

As a technology agnostic learning consultancy, we’re always on the lookout for what new technologies can provide to benefit the field of L&D and the best providers whose apps or platforms give great value to our clients.

So, when it comes down to it, how can AI enhance the way you do things in L&D?  Have a look at this infographic we’ve created to give you a brief overview of some options.
